UPDATE - LESS THAN THREE WEEKS TO GO
We are very excited to welcome you to The Wedding, which is now under three weeks away. We have a little update now we have confirmed details.

PARKING
Wickham Estate have a new entrance to the car park which you will use on the day, taking you on a scenic drive through the estate. This new entrance is slightly further east of the original. For a Google Maps link for the new entrance, click the image below.
TRANSPORT
The nearest train station is Botley, just over 1.5 miles away. No bus routes run down the A334. Taxis for leaving the venue must be pre-booked.
GETTING IN
Day guests will enter the venue through a gap at the south end of the car park. A precise location can be viewed here.
Evening guests will enter the venue through double doors leading to the patio area just further along the driveway from the car park. A precise location can be viewed here.
THE WEATHER
We know there is a possibility that the weather on the day will be extremely hot. In this case, we will hold the ceremony in the inside space, which has exceptional air conditioning.
Soft drinks and water will be available on arrival for the ceremony and throughout the day.
THE FULL TIMINGS
2:15 - 2:45pm
Guests to arrive. Please ensure you are seated and ready at least 10 minutes before the ceremony.
3:00 - 3:30pm
The ceremony
3:30 - 5:00pm
The reception, including a glass of cuvée, soft drink kilners, lawn games, wedding messages and photos. The bar will open from this point to purchase drinks.
5:00 - 6:00pm
Self-serve BBQ buffet including wine, burgers, sausages, skewers, sides and salads. There will not be a seating plan. All dietary requirements noted in the RSVP will be accommodated for, just let the catering team know what you require.
6:00 - 7:00pm
Cocktail hour, including a glass of cuvée and an ice cream
7:00pm
Evening guests begin to arrive and music
8:00 - 9:00pm
First live music set from three-piece band, Fever Heat
9:00 - 10:00pm
Evening snacks of pizza and cheese toasties, music
10:00 - 11:00pm
Second live music set from Fever Heat
11:00pm
